Incorporated in 1885 under the laws of Washington Territory, the company (first named Eastern Washington Railway Company, until 1886) operated a line between Marshall (Wash.) and Genesee (Idaho), with branches from Pullman Junction (Wash.) to Lewiston (Idaho), and from Belmont to Farmington (Wash.).
